What we keep, and what we don't

When you log a loss we record the building, the apartment, the machine, what went wrong, the date, and an optional time. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, address or any account when you log.

Losses are grouped by building and apartment. That means anyone who selects an apartment can ask for that apartment's report. We accept this because the records are only dates, machine numbers and dollar amounts, and the audience is residents of this one building — see the Terms.

When you ask for a report, we also collect the email address to send it to, and optionally a name to print on the report. The email is not attached to individual losses.

Every entry is your own account of what happened. It is not verified by us or by Hercules, and the report says so.

We keep logged losses for up to 24 months so we can produce reports, and then remove them.

To have an apartment's losses removed, email us at info@ourlaundryroom.com and tell us the building and apartment.
