Laundry Ledger is a free tool for residents of this building to record when a laundry machine takes their money without working, and to request a summary report of those records.

It records only what you enter and does not verify it. Every entry is your own account of what happened. Laundry Ledger does not issue refunds — refunds are handled by Hercules Corporation through their own service-request form.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for a machine problem itself, for a vendor's decision on a refund, or for entries that turn out to be inaccurate.

Losses are grouped by building and apartment, so anyone who selects an apartment can request that apartment's report. Because the records are only dates, machine numbers and amounts, this is an accepted trade for a tool that asks for no account.
